Updated, new-fashioned room in the photos online. Lots of food at the gorgeous and incredible breakfast.

There were coffee and a telephone in the room, truly enjoyed that. This hotel had a very central position to downtown restaurants wherever we wanted to go.

I chose this hotel for attending a council due to its 166,553 square feet of unique meeting space across 44 venues, including LA's largest ballroom. The facilities were well-equipped for various events, from conferences to hosting dignitaries and stars.

The one service I missed for my work was the availability of a reliable and responsive billing department.

The hotel staff was top-class and helpful. The room was recently renovated, a decent size, and had a hot tub. We appreciated having access to wake-up service. There was a great selection of good meals.

Convenient location with shops downstairs, and only a 15-minute walk to a multipurpose arena. The staff, including the manager, are super friendly and welcoming. 😊

The 35-story glass towers at The Westin Bonaventure hotel & Suites offered breathtaking city views that took my breath away. The Lady at the front desk was incredibly apologetic and generously provided complimentary bottled water when the phones weren't working. A thoughtful touch that made a big difference.

Tried calling front desk at night for over 30 mins to figure out where to buy water or get it.

The lobby was stunning and the view from the glass elevators was breathtaking. The valet service was incredibly fast and the front desk staff went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, and there were numerous services available to guests, including a barber, gym, and a lovely poolside. The breakfast offered was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in LA!

The room was clean and had a cool vibe to it. The bed was super comfy 👌. You could make your own coffee & tea and there was a fridge handy. It was close to Dodger Stadium and Universal Studios.

The in-room coffee is top-notch, and the speedy service for anything we needed was great. The hotel's atmosphere feels lively and fun, with a mini-mall vibe. a fantastic experience!

Spacious and trendy room with a large bathroom, plus a delicious breakfast. The location is prime for exploring downtown attractions, and you also have a mall and a central market nearby for convenience. 🌟

The location of this place is great, and the building it's in is really nice, especially the waiting area in the parking garage.

The hotel was cool, I loved the exceptionally nice staff and absolutely fantastic breakfasts. The property's location was marvellous, close to everything. What's more, it was adjacent to the beautiful and revived center of Downtown Los Angeles, the shop downstairs, and Los Angeles downtown. Stayed there for weekend and had a really great experience, so I will definitely go back there again.

The Westin Bonaventure hotel & Suites in Los Angeles felt pretty luxurious with its 1960s concrete design and the trio of glass-and-steel towers. The room with its commanding city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and the four distinct dining options, including the inspiring cuisine at the Lakeview Bistro, made my stay enjoyable. the hotel's location provided easy access to attractions such as the Grand Central Market and Walt Disney Concert Hall.

The valet service took over an hour, making it inconvenient for me to access my room or car, especially with an infant. When leaving, I needed a cart for my luggage and requested assistance twice but didn't receive it.
